My Mission
To empower parents to follow their intuition while guiding them into parenting their neurodiverse children with understanding, compassion, and connection.
Carolina Ramirez, LCSW is a neurodivergent Latina licensed therapist and parent coach. She specializes in supporting mothers of neurodivergent children. Carolina has a Bachelor's degree from Stony Brook University in Psychology/Sociology and a Master’s of Science in Social Work from Columbia University with a focus on program planning and evaluation.
Carolina has worked with individuals and families experiencing a variety of concerns, including autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, behavioral challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Carolina has two neurodivergent children. On her parenting journey, she discovered that the best way to help her children was to embark on her own healing journey and get the support she needed in order to be there for her family.
Carolina’s life's work embodies a commitment to facilitate and center the mother’s healing so they can embrace their child's unique gifts. Through her clinical expertise combined with personal insight, she is dedicated to fostering understanding and empowerment for neurodiverse families. She currently resides in North Carolina with her husband and their son and daughter.
